We use 10-Digit Long Code (10DLC) messaging for application-to-person (A2P) text messaging services. When you provide your mobile number and opt-in to receive text messages from us:

  • You consent to receive text messages from our 10DLC number(s)
  • Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services
  • Standard message and data rates may apply
  • You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying “STOP” to any message you receive from us or by contacting us
  • For help, you can reply “HELP” to any message you receive from us or contact customer support

We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your Personal Data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.

Our 10DLC messaging complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, and wireless carrier requirements.

5.4 Cookies

Most web browsers accept cookies by default. You can usually set your browser to remove or reject browser cookies. Please note that removing or rejecting cookies could affect the availability and functionality of our services.

5.5 Do Not Track

We do not currently respond to “do not track” signals as there is no standard for how online services should respond to such signals.

6. DATA RETENTION

We store the information we collect about you for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which we originally collected it, or for other legitimate business purposes, including to meet our legal, regulatory, or other compliance obligations.
